James Corden has stated his desire on social media for his beloved West Ham United to try and sign Celtic midfielder Stuart Armstrong.
The actor and talk-show host said he would “love” to see Armstrong pulling on the claret and sky blue shirts after watching a video of Armstrong’s highlights on Twitter.
Armstrong has been in tremendous form since forcing his way into the Celtic starting XI in late October and recently earned his first Scotland cap in the 1-0 win over Slovenia.
Corden, who has almost nine million followers on Twitter, quote-tweeted a video compilation of the midfielder’s goals.
He wrote: “I would love @WestHamUtd to sign this player!!!”
