HIBS boss Pat Fenlon today made former Colchester United goalkeeper Ben Williams his fourth new signing of the summer.

The 29-year-old, a former Manchester United youth player, has agreed a two-year contract and joins fellow new recruits Tim Clancy, James McPake and Paul Cairney at Easter Road.

Williams told the Hibs website: “This is a new chapter in my career and I’m aiming to play my part in helping Hibernian to achive success.

“This was probably the biggest decision of my career so far, but I believe it’s the right choice and I’m excited about the challenge ahead.”

Talks are currently ongoing with goalkeeper Mark Brown regarding a contract extension, while Fenlon has youngsters Paul Grant and Calum Antell to call on for back-up.
