Dundee sign Mark Stewart with Davide Grassi to follow

Dundee have signed former Falkirk striker Mark Stewart and could also have ex-Aberdeen defender Davide Grassi in their squad for their SPL return.

Stewart’s signing was finalised yesterday while manager Barry Smith revealed Grassi’s transfer was on the verge of being confirmed ahead of tomorrow’s visit to Kilmarnock.

Smith said: “We’re waiting on international clearance for Davide and Mark Stewart will sign today, which gives us more numbers and strength in depth. There’s not a lot of money but there’s enough to maybe bring a few more in that are within our budget.”
