Changing room chat: Shire grant Armed Forces free entry
EAST Stirlingshire have launched a new initiative to honour the men and women of the Armed Forces, by offering them free entry to home matches.
Any soldier, sailor or air force personnel who can produce a forces ID card or any ex-military wearing their veteran’s badge, will now get into Ochilview for nothing. The initiative, launched by the Irn-Bru League Third Division outfit yesterday with help from the Royal Regiment of Scotland, is the brainchild of club director Tony Ford, a retired former naval officer.
