Lee Wallace in race to be fit for Celtic clash

Rangers captain Wallace could miss the first Old Firm derby of the season following a groin injury sustained in Friday night’s draw with Partick Thistle.

The 30-year-old left the field after 12 minutes with Pedro Caixinha confirming the left-back’s groin issue following recent surgery. Loanee Declan John replaced him on the flank and will likely start the rematch against the Jags in the Betfred Cup during the week. (Daily Record)
