The Nigerian stopper has started Celtic’s last two games after injury to Dedryck Boyata but has a reputation for errors and with Ronny Deila looking at bringing in another centre back, it looks as though Ambrose’s days at Parkhead could be numbered. (Daily Mail)

ANTHONY Stokes could be reunited with John Hughes, with Inverness set to enquire about taking the Irish striker on loan.
Stokes, who played under Hughes at Hibs and Falkirk, is also a target for Barnsley and the Easter Road side but Hughes - who extended Miles Storey’s loan deal yesterday - could bring the frozen-out striker to the Highlands which could rekindle his hopes of making Ireland’s Euro 2016 squad. McGeady deal ‘unlikely’
ANY hopes Celtic had of tempting former winger Aiden McGeady back to Glasgow appear to be dead in the water, with Everton happy for the wide man to leave but on a permanent basis - and not on a loan agreement that would see the Toffees subsiding the Irish international’s wages. (Various)

The former RKC Waalwijk player, who has a Dundonian father, made just nine appearances for Hearts after signing in February 2015 on an 18-month contract.
