GREG Stewart has become the latest player to leave Dens Park in the current transfer window.

The 26-year-old has signed a three-year deal with Birmingham City after passing a medical this afternoon.

He becomes the third player to leave the club in the last few weeks after Kane Hemmings left for Oxford United and Gary Harkins was released.

Stewart will go straight in Birmingham’s squad for their Championship fixture versus Leeds United this weekend.

The forward scored six goals in three appearances for Dundee this season before missing their opening league fixture against Ross County through injury.

In all he scored 32 goals for the club since joining from Cowdenbeath in 2013 and received consecutive nominations for the PFA Scotland Player of the Year.
