DUNDEE goalkeeper Scott Bain is reportedly a target for Celtic as the Hoops ponder potential replacements for Lukasz Zaluska.
Zaluska is expected to leave Parkhead in the summer once his contract is up, and Celtic are believed to be keen on installing a challenger to Craig Gordon, according to The Sun.
Bain, who was brought to Dens Park from Alloa by Paul Hartley, has impressed for the Dark Blues this season and is contracted to Dundee until 2017.
The 23-year-old, who began his career with Aberdeen, is valued at around £400,000 by Dundee, and has made 17 appearances this season.
Celtic are also thought to have a number of potential targets on a shortlist, including stoppers from England and across Europe but Bain has emerged as a serious contender.
The Edinburgh-born goalkeeper was named in the PFA Scotland Third Division Team of the Year for the 2011/12 season and won promotion twice in two seasons with Alloa.
