He's hair today Vaughan tomorrow
ADVANCED Hair Studio, the "hair replacement and regrowth" specialists, threw a googly yesterday when Michael Vaughan was unveiled as the successor to Graham Gooch and Shane Warne as front man for the ads you've probably seen on the back of newspapers.
The 2005 Ashes-winning captain isn't the most obvious cricketing victim of male pattern baldness – certainly not in the Nasser Hussain league – but he insisted he is delighted with his "new thatch", and AHS chairman and founder Carl Howell added: "I think a lot of Michael's old team-mates won't recognise him. The procedure has taken years off him."
