BUMPTIOUS Radio Five Live host Garry Richardson gets this week's "stating the bleedin' obvious" award.
Olympics minister Jeremy Hunt was the guest on Richardson's Sportsweek show and took the opportunity to urge listeners to apply for tickets to some more unusual sports at the 2012 shindig.
Mr Hunt revealed that his wife is Chinese and that they'd applied for tickets for the badminton and table tennis. "I've been to the table tennis before," chipped in Richardson, "it's like watching tennis - on a table…"
