Changing room chat: Maradona plans birthday reunion
DIEGO Maradona wants to celebrate his 50th birthday next month by playing in a game with his old Napoli teammates in the San Paolo stadium.
Maradona told Gazzetta dello Sport: "I've had everything in life: a family that I adore, a brilliant career, and now, my only desire is to return to Naples."
Maradona turns 50 on 30 October. He led Napoli to Serie A titles in 1987 and 1990 and the 1989 UEFA Cup title and has asked his former Napoli teammate Salvatore Bagni to organise the birthday game.
