Boxing: Alex Arthur splits with Frank Warren
CAPITAL boxer Alex Arthur has revealed that he has ended his partnership with promoter Frank Warren.
Frustrated that Warren was not able to provide him with the fights he wanted, the former WBO super-featherweight champion is working on a new career at lightweight, but explained that the parting of ways was amicable.
"I am not blaming Frank because he has other boxers besides me that he has to consider and get fights for and that can't be easy in these recessionary times," said Arthur.
