Archery takes flight

BRITISH archery will enter a new era tomorrow when the University of Edinburgh hosts the United Kingdom’s first competitive team tournament.

"The University of Edinburgh is proud to be hosting this event, following the national individual event it hosted last year," said event organiser Tim Mundon. "We also expect to be a strong competitor within the 32-team field."

Scotland is well represented with six teams joining the hosts, whilst other teams come from as far afield as Southampton and Brunel, London.
