Toddler freed from table by firefighters
A TODDLER had to be freed by a fire crew after his foot became trapped in a Thomas the Tank Engine table.
The three-year-old was stuck to the table for around half an hour at his home on The Rookery estate, near Eyemouth, in the Borders.
The fire crew used Fairy Liquid to free the youngster.
A spokeswoman for Lothian and Borders Fire Service said: “He was not injured but he might have got a bit of a telling-off from his mum.”
