Workers benefit from 'e-break'

BANNING staff from using the internet for personal use at work could hit productivity because they need a break to help reduce stress, according to a new report.

A study of 1,700 workers showed people felt refreshed after an "e-break" during the working day. Most said they would rather spend free time surfing the net than having a cigarette or tea break.
