Will she Bond with Sir Alan on the Apprentice?
AN Edinburgh businesswoman who once turned down a Bond girl film role is to join the new series of The Apprentice.
Lucinda Ledgerwood, 31, who lives in Lochend, will do battle for the chance to win a six-figure salary job working for tycoon Sir Alan Sugar.
The financial risk manager, who is studying aromatherapy at Napier University, says her biggest regret is passing up the chance to play the role of a Bond girl's body double.
Despite claiming to have never seen an episode of the hit BBC show, she said: "I always win, so it's a natural conclusion – I will win."
• The new series starts on March 26 on BBC1.
