ARRAN Distillers have announced their plans to celebrate the 18th anniversary of their first spirit with a weekend devoted to music and whisky.
The distillery will host five whisky master classes, ranging from introductions to whisky tasting to opportunities to sample some of Arran’s rarest bottles, as well as live music and a range of other events.
The distillery are also planning a special dinner event, with a chance to meet the team behind their whisky and take home a sample of a one-off blend that will never be sold anywhere else. Arran are also releasing a limited edition version of the Arran Single Malt for sale over the weekend.
Euan Mitchell, managing director at Isle of Arran Distillers, said: “Our Malt and Music festival is always a highlight of the year and this year expectations are very high. We’re all excited about our 18th birthday and we’re inviting everyone to come and celebrate with us.
“As well as being a great party, this weekend event gives people the opportunity to really get to know the team behind Arran Distillers, which is something that not many distilleries offer.”
