What's in your handbag? Tina Malone, actress

BECAUSE I'm fat, I'm obsessed with bags and boots, so my fella always tells me that if I was thin we'd be bankrupt. I've actually got over 100 handbags and I can't walk through an airport without buying one.

My favourite is probably a Fendi bag that I'm too scared to take out because I'm terrified I'll lose it, but I'm ashamed to say that the most I've ever spent on a bag is 1,200, on a Chloe bag.

I first splashed out on a bag about 15 years ago when I got my first role in panto, and spent 400 on a lovely blue Gucci bag, and I haven't looked back since! Another favourite is an antique clutch that I got in San Francisco, but at the moment I'm carrying a big brown DKNY bag.

I particularly like big bags because I carry so much rubbish around. I've got my two mobile phones, my Lancme moisturiser and some Dior make-up, which I find is good for sensitive skin. I've also got my medication. I'm diabetic and I take 38 tablets a day, so I've got to have them on me.

And then I've got loads of pens. I used to smoke, and I was always picking up lighters from different places, but now that I've quit, I've replaced them with pens. There are too many in there to count!
