What a waste
Congratulations to Edinburgh city council. Just as Britain wins a tremendous haul of medals on the cycling track, and there is more interest than ever before and a possibility of recruiting more young people to track cycling, we bulldoze the only such facility in Scotland (your report, 16 August). Years of underfunding and a lack of development have led to what was once a world-class facility now facing the demolition ball. Bravo.
