Describe your perfect weekend

Lazy days with friends and dogs followed by crazy nights and good stories to tell.

What would you do if you ruled the world?

Give it up! I can barely take care of myself.

What one thing would improve your life?

I'd like to be a bit taller.

Who did you last receive a text from and what did it say?

My friend Roman Rappak, one of the most talented people that exists (he makes films) – he wanted my bank details.

What's your guiltiest pleasure?

Too many to list.

When did you last feel sorry for yourself?

I think most people do constantly – it's a subjective world.

What do you wish you'd never done?

Are you trying to get me arrested?!

Would your mother be proud of you?

All mothers are proud of their sons, though some shouldn't be.

Who would you like to say sorry to?

Everyone out there I didn't say sorry to.

Who does the cleaning in your house?

Me, I live alone.

What's the most you've ever spent on a purchase, apart from a car or property?

There are a lot of silly buys, but the ones I treasure most are my bass guitar, my X-box and my Canon G10 – which now records my life.

What is your earliest memory?

Being in Africa with mum and dad and an elephant and an apple – it's a long story!

What song is the theme tune to your life?

I don't think one song can be. Elements from many but I always end up with Bowie or Led Zeppelin.

Who would play you in the movie of your life?

Hopefully my son.

Should you vote? If yes, how did you vote?

I am a liberal – that's how I was raised. But the older I get, the more I find that though there are some things I am liberal about, there are others that I am quite conservative about.

What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you?

There are new ones every day, but there are few that stick in my mind.

What worries you in the wee small hours?

Many things. It takes me hours to fall asleep.

What is your most treasured possession?

Apart from the three mentioned, my two dogs, Takeshi and Jet.

When were you last naked in front of another person?

That would be telling.

When did you lose your virginity?

Before I was legal – that's all I'm saying.

Who was your favourite teacher and why?

I've had a few but the best was Steve Petford, my philosophy teacher, who truly expanded my mind and was a total genius!

Who is your fantasy date?

I don't really have any celebrity crushes, but I fall in love with girls on trains or in the street!

What do you remember better, your first car or first kiss?

I don't own a car yet.

What would you do if you were invisible?

All the things you'd expect a young man to do.

If you didn't have your current career, what would you do?

I'd like to be a photographer or chef.

What do you think of celebrity?

I don't like the way the media handles 'celebrity', and the public's need to be involved.

What has been your greatest achievement?

Getting to where I am through my own hard work, though there are people that I owe much to… and not being on Jeremy Kyle with three kids.
