Paraguay spot-kick Brazil out

PARAGUAY stunned holders Brazil last night in the Copa America, beating them 2-0 on penalties after a 0-0 draw.

Brazil could not get past Paraguay goalkeeper Justo Villar. Fred, Thiago Silva, Elano and Andre Santos missed from the spot for Brazil. In the competition's other quarter-final, Venezuela defeated Chile 2-1 thanks to a Gabriel Chichero goal.
