Judge reprimanded for judgment delay

A HIGH Court judge has been reprimanded over “unacceptable delay” in handing down a judgment, the Office for Judicial Complaints has said.

Mr Justice Timothy King, who sits in the Queen’s Bench Division, was formally reprimanded by the Lord Chancellor Chris Grayling and the Lord Chief Justice Lord Judge following an investigation.
