Unfair 'pay deal'
AS THE UK government has given Scotland only a 0.5-per-cent-over-inflation pay award (then at 2.4 per cent), when are the public sector unions calling a one-day strike by the whole of Scotland in support of a fairer increase to match the current rate of inflation?
