Ukrainians and Scots link up for late supper
EDINBURGH'S Ukrainian community will be dishing up a late Burns supper.
The event, next Saturday, is being staged to celebrate the Ukrainian poet Taras Shevchenko and Robert Burns .
A traditional dish of beetroot soup will be served alongside haggis, neeps and tatties and the event will include poetry and singing. Around 80 Scots and Ukrainians will be attending the city's Ukrainian Club.
