Yoko reaches Meltdown at last

Yoko Ono will curate next year’s Meltdown Festival by selecting the musicians and artists who will appear at the annual event in June.

The 79-year-old artist, and widow of John Lennon, follows some of music’s biggest names including David Bowie, Patti Smith and Jarvis Cocker. The Southbank Centre in London hosts the event.
