Viagra keeps girl, 4, alive

A FOUR-YEAR-OLD who suffers a rare illness is being kept alive with doses of Viagra.

Jessica Findlay, of Troon, Ayrshire, was struck down by a condition so rare – severe multiple bilateral pulmonary stenosis – that doctors were challenged to find a treatment, but eventually came up with Viagra.

They found the drug boosts her blood circulation and eases the strain on her heart.

Jessica's mother, Rachel, said:

"I was quite shocked, but it seems to be working."
