Train crash guilty verdict thrown out

A TRAIN driver involved in a rail crash which killed five people 18 years ago had his manslaughter convictions overturned yesterday.

Robert Morgan's train went through a red light and hit another train outside Purley station in Surrey on 4 March, 1989.
