Tory MP confesses to speeding ticket

A TORY MP has confessed to being caught speeding.

Michael Fabricant, a government whip until last month, told the Commons yesterday that his car was photographed breaking the limit in South Wales.

The Lichfield MP, Mr Fabricant, made the comment as MPs discussed improvements to the Welsh railways.
