Anna Dyer, 63, is suing the party for £18,000 citing age and sex discrimination. She has lodged a civil claim at Glasgow Sheriff Court. The papers state she has “sustained loss, injury and damage and in particular injury to feelings”.

The Labour Party is challenging the claims.
