Super-fast broadband plan
GORDON Brown today set out plans to ensure super-fast broadband for every home across the UK in a move he claims could slash billions from public service costs.
He promised everyone in the UK a personalised webpage within four years for accessing services in a bid to cut the cost of face-to-face contacts with officials.
