Second day of talks on NI
THE British and Irish premiers are holding a second day of talks today in a bid to rescue Northern Ireland's crisis-hit power-sharing government.
Prime Minister Gordon Brown and Taoiseach Brian Cowen will lead another round of negotiations with the Democratic Unionists and Sinn Fein at Hillsborough Castle.
