Saving up for surgery
ONE in ten people work overtime to fund cosmetic surgery, while one in five ask their family for money, according to a poll for a private health company.
A third of those questioned had saved up to fund their procedure, while 24 per cent used credit cards and 21 per cent had borrowed all or some of the money from a family member.
Some 11 per cent had worked overtime or taken on a temporary second job; 8 per cent had used savings and just 3 per cent took out a loan to fund a procedure.
