Private prison under fire over freed inmate

A PRIVATELY-run prison which allowed an inmate on remand to walk free has come under fire.

An HM Chief Inspector of Prisons report found that HMP & YOI Parc, in Bridgen, south Wales, was unable to meet the inspectorate's tests of safety, and respect.
