Prisoner's £50,000 fresh air claim
A LIFE prisoner is suing the Ministry of Justice for £50,000, claiming he was not given a full hour of exercise in the open air each day while held in a segregation unit at Frankland jail in County Durham in 2007.
Leslie Malcolm, 35, has begun his legal action at the High Court in London.
