Tony Blair’s autobiography, Journey, is among the top titles borrowed by MPs – but the book most frequently lent by the Commons library is a guide to how Parliament works.

MPs laughed loudly when it was revealed in the chamber that MPs had borrowed How Parliament Works, by Robert Rogers and Rhodri Walters, 44 times during the current Parliament.
