Parents urged to brush up on bonding
PARENTS were today urged to view toothbrushing with their under-fives as a chance to "bond", as figures revealed widespread neglect of young children's teeth.
More than 20 per cent of under-fives brush their teeth unsupervised, according to the National Dental Survey 2008, leaving them open to forming bad habits that persist into adulthood.
