THIS mural of a woman in a nun’s habit has appeared on the London wall where a Banksy image disappeared.

The artist’s Slave Labour, depicting a boy stitching Union flag bunting, was stencilled on a wall of a Poundland shop shortly before the Queen’s diamond jubilee last year. It disappeared last weekend, only to turn up at an auction in Miami, where it was expected to fetch up to £450,000 – before being withdrawn. Haringey Council leader Claire Kober said: ‘It’s a true credit to the community that their campaigning appears to have helped to stop the sale.
