MPs' food and drink debts to go public

MPs' House of Commons food and drink debts are to be revealed for the first time.

Scores of them are expected to be identified as having failed to settle their Commons restaurant tabs for more than three months. Some bills run to thousands of pounds.

The move follows a Freedom of Information Act request, which sparked six months of wrangles.
