Moths spread their wings to head north
MOTH species are spreading northwards as a result of the changing climate, according to Butterfly Conservation.
Species previously found only in southerly parts of the UK have moved their range north. The Blair's shoulder-knot, for example, has moved 226 miles north from the Midlands.
