Mother cleared after dropping sausage roll
Hull: A case against a mother who was taken to court after dropping a piece of sausage roll on the pavement was dismissed by magistrates.
Sarah Davies, 20, was and fined 75 after the pastry fell on the floor while she was feeding it to her daughter Chloe, four.
She was charged with littering after she refused to pay the fixed penalty notice and pleaded not guilty.
Kent: Two motorcyclists died after being involved in a head-on crash. A 17-year-old boy and a 23-year-old man, both said to be local, died as a result of the accident in Sevenoaks.
