Millionaire donor to be Tory treasurer
MILLIONAIRE Tory donor David Rowland is to become Conservative Party treasurer later this year.
The property developer and financier will take up the role after the Tory conference in October. He will be replacing co-treasurers Michael Spencer and Stanley Fink, who previously announced their intention to stand down.
