Mandela statue to front Parliament
A NINE-FOOT bronze statue of Nelson Mandela, South Africa's first black president, is to be erected in Parliament Square in front of the Houses of Parliament - alongside some of Britain's great statesmen, including Winston Churchill and Benjamin Disraeli.
