Man on run with girl, 14, has 'mental health issues'
A 23-YEAR-OLD man who is on the run with his teenage girlfriend, whom he met on the internet, has mental health problems, police said.
Clare Haver, 14, was last seen on July 25 with her boyfriend Michael Ellis, whom she met on Bebo.
Detectives described Clare as being at "high risk" and say Ellis has "mental health issues".
