Lib Dems criticise troop FAI delays
THE Liberal Democrats have hit out at the "disgraceful" slow progress of moves to enable fatal accident inquiries to be held into overseas deaths of Scots servicemen.
MP Alistair Carmichael urged both the Scottish and Westminster governments to move faster in letters to John Hutton, the Defence Secretary, and the Scottish justice secretary, Kenny MacAskill.
