Gas victims to be flown home
THE mother of two children killed by carbon monoxide gas while on holiday in Corfu was preparing to travel home with their bodies today.
Sharon Wood, 35, will fly back to the UK with her daughter, Christianne, seven, and six-year-old son Robert later today.
They were found dead in a holiday bungalow after fumes from an apparently faulty boiler in an adjacent room leaked inside.
Their father, Neil Shepherd, 38, is conscious but remains seriously ill after he and his girlfriend, Ruth Beatson, were also poisoned by the gas.
