Britain’s Fed Cup tennis team served up a smash hit in the style stakes ahead of their World Group promotion play-off against Argentina in Buenos Aires today.
Captained by tennis star Andy Murray’s mother, Judy, the British team, featuring Laura Robson, Jo Konta, Elena Baltacha and Anne Keothavong, are trying to reach World Group level for the first time in 20 years, in a two-day match over this weekend.
Since taking over last year, the Scots coach has led the team to eight wins out of nine and hopes to triumph in the female equivalent of the Davis Cup.
Among the preparations for the tournament have been ice baths to recover from the punishing 24C heat in recent days.
The coach and the four British stars are pictured in the identical white, classically cut dresses designed by Ted Baker for a dinner event at the Pan Americano Hotel.
