Dracula's cape costs bloodcurdling sum
THE cape worn by Sir Christopher Lee in the 1958 horror film Dracula sold at auction yesterday for £26,400.
Angels the Costumiers sold the item at Bonhams in London, after it was estimated to fetch between 20,000 to 30,000.
Sir Christopher – knighted in the Queen's Birthday Honours List – signed a letter confirming the garment's authenticity.
