Darren Day gets drink-drive ban
ACTOR and singer Darren Day was banned from driving for 18 months today after admitting being drunk behind the wheel.
The 40-year-old was almost twice the drink-drive limit when he was pulled over by police in Cardiff on June 18.
At Cardiff Magistrates' Court today District Judge Geraint Watkins also fined Day 700.
