Children urged to drink more water

Children drink on average three 250ml glasses of water each day, and less than a fifth have the recommended six glasses, a study of 1,000 parents found.
Nutritionist Anita Bean said: "As the hot summer continues and with more hot weather predicted, it is even more important to ensure your children are well hydrated."
