DEMAND for Botox has soared almost 300 per cent in a year, the UK's largest provider of non-surgical treatments said yesterday.
Despite tough financial times sk:n, which has 31 clinics across the UK, said demand for Botox was up 287 per cent in a year, while dermal filler treatments increased by 205 per cent.
The company also saw a sixfold increase in bookings for acne treatments.
Jane Lewis, sk:n's development director, said: "The skin acts as a barometer for well-being so when the going gets tough it shows in the skin."
